This vintage Moroccan necklace is a bounty of beads and charms. Hematite, amethyst, amazonite, lapis lazuli, turquoise, coral, malachite and more are featured in this very unique piece of Moroccan jewelry.
The charms consist of coins dating 1312 (1894), hand-engraved leaf shapes, pounded tin diamond shapes, flowers and more, with a rudimentary hamsa hand in the center.
Made in the southern Moroccan town of Zagora, this unique necklace is a wonderful tribal piece. This necklace is more than 20 years old and quite a statement!
