
Full of intricate patterning, this rug features muted colors on the highly ornate border, with rich blue and gold designs in the center, including the Amazigh symbol of Zed, the free man. Approx. 8ft long by 5ft wide. Sourced directly from a women's cooperative in Eghzam, a small village near Ouarzazate and Tazenakht in southern Morocco.
These rugs are some of the finest we have seen, with intricate patterns that provide endless delight and discovery. Made of thick hand-spun sheep wool, a medium-weight rug. All natural dyes are used to create the colors. Handmade by native Moroccan Berber weavers.
