Large Moroccan Berber Mirror - Hand-Carved Camel Bone
Intricately hand-carved in the style of tadelakt plaster, this beautiful Moroccan Berber Mirror is surrounded by repousse silver melange and dotted with semi-precious gemstones. Handmade in the High Atlas mountain town of Imlil, this astounding mirror takes a master Berber craftsman about six months to complete.
The bone pieces, sustainably harvested from camels, are meticulously carved, then stained with henna to give the mirror warm, beautiful variations in color.
